Small, elongated pasta shells with a firm, toothsome chew and a deep center pocket. Excellent at scooping up smooth pestos, light herb butter, or rustic sausage and brassica dishes.

Cooking Suggestion: Toss with fresh Pesto Sauce or melted Sundried Tomato Basil Butter.
