HOW DOES FRESH PASTA SHIPPING WORK? Fresh pasta is a delicate, perishable craft. Every fresh order is packed in heavy-duty insulated thermal liners surrounded by frozen, food-safe gel packs. Fresh orders ship exclusively via UPS Express Air (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) so your goods arrive chilled within 24 to 48 hours.

WHEN DO FRESH ORDERS SHIP? We dispatch fresh pasta orders Monday through Wednesday only. Why? Because we will never risk our fresh noods sitting inside a warm transit warehouse over a lazy weekend. Orders placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday ship out first thing the following Monday.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY BOX ARRIVES? Open it immediately. Touch the pasta. If the gel packs are partially melted, don't panic—that’s completely normal after express transit. As long as the pasta feels cool to the touch, you are golden. • Refrigerator: Stays prime for 3 to 5 days. • Freezer: Freezes like a champ for up to 3 months. Cook straight from frozen—never thaw it first!

HOW DOES DRY PASTA SHIPPING WORK? Dry goods ship nationwide via standard ground (UPS Ground & USPS Ground Advantage). STOCK UP: All dry pasta orders over $100 ship via standard Ground for FREE.

WHAT IF I ORDER BOTH FRESH AND DRY TOGETHER? Our system automatically splits your fulfillment at checkout. Your fresh pasta flies via express cold air, and your dry goods roll via standard ground. Two separate boxes, zero compromised noodles.
